Your Role

As a production engineer, you will play a central role in supporting production and improving work processes. You will be responsible for establishing and updating preparations such as assembly instructions and operation lists for your products, as well as maintaining the best possible availability of tools and equipment.

This will be a fun adventure with lots of development and innovation, but you must thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is to continuously create better conditions to deliver according to our customers' expectations.

The position is located in the production engineering department within Missile Systems at Dynamics production unit in Linköping.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, flexible, solution-oriented, and can roll up their sleeves when needed. You are proactive and ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and changing environment.

With your structured approach, you successfully manage both short-term and long-term tasks to achieve common results.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant academic education with a focus on production engineering or other post-secondary education combined with good experience
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Good insight into and experience of production and production processes

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
